Romantic Vineyard is a great place for a family weekend away, and we have great rates too! We can sleep up to 10 people. And we are just 2 hours from Melbourne.
Included in your accommodation are provisions for your country breakfast. Great homemade breads, fresh eggs from our chooks, juice, and fresh fruit await you in the "Chef's Kitchen" We now offer the use of the Chef's Kitchen to our guests at no extra charge.
We have everything imaginable available for your cooking needs, including a gas barbeque. Our beautiful patio is a great place to enjoy your meals relaxing amongst the native plants and flowers next to a trickling fountain in our pond. We also have a very comfortable dining area inside with a wood heater and cheery paintings by Billy Roper (an American folk artist.)
Meals can be prepared for our guests upon request, prior to your arrival for an additional charge. Without leaving the surroundings you can take our complimentary tour of our winery and brewery, and taste the wine and beer.
You can fish for yabbies in the damns, feed the chooks, ride Hamish (our
miniature Shetland pony) and take a bush walk. We have 3 push bikes available
and miles of tracks through the nearby forests. The kids love the koala
cabin for "camping out" with a little luxury! And at night we have wine
barrels situated around our out door fireplace where you can sit, sip, talk,
listen to music or play your guitar. If there is anything you need Renee and Dave (your hosts) are on premise to assist you. You are sure to have a memorable experience at the enchanting Vineyard.
